Yeah I want to be better paid than Spirit. And also JetBlue. Mesa is a garbage regional. I think our pay should be pretty much equal with the Big 3 but that’s got more to do with pattern bargaining and luck than anything else. I’d also rather have our scope than a fleet of 700 RJ’s and $5 more an hour in pay. YMMV

Also same people who said we’d never get a B-fund or 100% retro so I should quit and go elsewhere.

With very few exceptions, every YES! voter that I've spoken to, in every vote we've given away, had barely skimmed over the language, if at all, before voting. I was able to swing a lot of votes by merely pointing out what the language actually said, vs. the SWAPAganda. The 2006 TA1 that got shot down in 2009 is a great example of the no voters educating (barely) enough to shoot down that absolute POS. Granted, TA 2 wasn't much better, but at least we're not ridden with almost twice the allowable "Hard won!" DTCs than we are currently enjoying, among other things.
Well, 1 out of 2 is better than we usually do. The YES! voters gave away 100% retro last time, before they even got to vote YES! on TA1.

Those that forget the past are doomed to repeat it. And "we", as a group, always forget...........
If you think that trying to educate you new guys about exactly why our contracts consistently lag those of our industry brethren is "trolling", then I guess it is.
Ignorance must truly be bliss.

By the way, I don’t think it’s the new guys that need educating. This pilot group is vastly different than the one you (probably legitimately) complain about.

How about more educating and less *****ing.
Read and understand ALL of whatever it is you're about to vote YES! for, and not just the industry lagging pay rates.
I bet you change your mind once you realize what you're giving up to get them.
This isn’t the same pilot group as it was last contract, and conditions in the industry have changed too.
