so that's another 800 pilots in DEN. Plus they want LAX to be at 500 crew as well. (300 crew as of now I believe. )
By my math that's 1200 new pilots in what a year?
I dont see it but it does sound like a good goal.
Now wait for the company to say we can only grow this much if you take a cost neutral contract.
I have heard this mega base rumor at DEN for years now and I believe that's the goal. I might disagree with the time frame though.

I agree 2-3 yrs still out on that goal but it's a good goal to have.

PHX has a lot of very senior captains and then the seniority follows a normal curve after that. I would say it trends senior and only like 15 to 20 percent commute.
