I’ve heard that there is a deadline for those, but I couldn’t tell you when it is because I’ve heard three different answers. Someone on interview team I’m sure could shed more light.
perfect, thank you for the tip!

Submitted my app on July 14, emailed about setting up a virtual yesterday, August 20. No job fairs. 5,400 TT, 3,000 TPIC for reference. Published availability date is May 15, 2023.

7 internal LORs, but the PilotCredentials maxes out at 5. Is there a way to add the additional internals? No external LORs....is that an issue?

I went ahead and combined the PRIA documents into a single pdf (which was more complicated than I'd hoped because of how Adobe treats the form fields). Seems like in the past the PRIA wasn't required until after the virtual, but now they're asking that "a minimum of three recommendations from pilots that can attest to your flying ability" (internal or external) and the PRIA form be uploaded no later than the virtual interview. Also, the naming convention for the PRIA file is "Doe, John - Reference Sheet" but the PilotCredentials site changes the name to DoeJohnReferenceSheet.pdf....love technology!

Virtual scheduled for Tuesday August 23. I'll be on the road, so hopefully the hotel wifi doesn't suck.
I too have my virtual scheduled for the 23rd. I'll also be on the road so hope the wifi doesn't suck either.

2800tt 0 tpic 1270 121 hrs. I did attend a job fair though (OBAP).

Hey folks….got the in-person invitation few days ago, for mid-September, though I’m working every single one of the offered days. Trying to get that sorted, but not looking good for now, and of course the 60-day clock is ticking. Don’t suppose anyone here would know how flexible the hiring department might be with regards to that or even whether there’s a chance of interview dates in early October?
Also, what kind of coals should one expect to be raked over for the in-person these days?
A thousand thanks!

You’ll have the 7 minute CRM scenario. Use your resources, make a decision by the time the clock runs up and debrief what you could do better. Then the logbook review will be one on one with a Pilot. Expect Why SWA? and some TMAATs. The logbook portion of the logbook review is pretty much just showing the numbers they asked for, but I’m sure you’ll have to answer for any failures. Overall, I was more comfortable than in the virtual. The CRM portion could be pretty shocking depending on your background if you don’t do any prep.

thanks, that’s good to know, but what takes up the bulk of the 4-5 allotted hours, unless there are several interim periods of waiting and hanging out? And what are some of the CRM scenarios they present these days if don’t mind me asking

I was there like 3.5 hours. About an hour-hour and a half tour and them selling Southwest to you. Then the scenario and logbook review both last about a half hour. Other than that, there’s a decent amount of waiting around.
