bid the lines in the order you’d want to be awarded them. You’ll get the highest choice left when they get to your name. Junior will generally end up with weekend four day trips over holidays.

Like I figured.. my own stupidity is indeed the factor in my question. I didn’t realize you had to bid all the lines. Sounds time consuming.

Couldn't you stop at your bidding number? It takes me like 5 minutes to bid because I'm like 98% in base. As I get more senior I actually have to start looking at the pairings.

If you use a third party program like BidPro you can sort and bid through basically all the lines in about ten minutes. I’m 43% in base and bid about 160. Yes, I bid to at least my number because of old habits. I usually get within my top 20.
The worst you can do is forget to bid. There is always the rest of the month to try and trade etc.
