Far as I’m concerned…anyone in charge over the last year should be fired for gross incompetence
that’s how they get promotions…..

Well, half the company still thinks it's in the Air Force, so that makes total sense.

Like others have suggested. At other companies heads would roll but here you fail up.

CEO is gone, COO needs to go, and anyone else in on those decisions needs to be reconsidered. But they're "laser focused"...
We also had two instructors leave for legacy carriers. You’re right, our new CEO should start his tenure by cleaning house. The level of mismanagement that one witnesses out on the line today is “breathtaking”.

Well BW just resigned and is head back to the line...so I'd say things are off to a great start!

There will always be a fall guy. Too bad it is unlikely to go any higher than that. I will say I'm surprised it happened so quickly and abruptly. Maybe SWAPA out to apply more pressure higher up the chain.

At least somebody sees the need for a fall guy. And BW is a great start. Better than maintaining the status quo...
