Can you tell us what you looked at, what the error was, and how you worked it out?

I don't remember the first error offhand but the second one was that I wasn't official notified of a reassignment until the following day that had me blocking later than originally scheduled (Premium on legs blocking in later), and with all the iterations between what my original was and what I was actually assigned both the company and CA missed it. I pressed CA admin explaining the situation further and I had already told that they agree with the company but they will send it back over. Guess who was correct? Not the supposed experts. Our pay is too complicated with our antiquated systems.

Ok, in that vein, I have a question: reassigned to a deadhead that blocked in a half our later than my original. Should be premium for that leg, as I understand it. When does that reflect on CWA? How long does it take the audit to be completed?

Sometimes a few days, sometimes a few weeks. Depends how busy the audit team is. With the weather going on, its gonna be a while. But if it says AUDIT COMPLETE and it doesn't reflect the PP - then id either contact CA or Payroll. I usually go through CA since the find stuff I miss.

Last trip I had a JA with a deadhead back in the morning. Ten mins after I got off the airplane my phone was blowing up with another JA! I looked at my board and now my two day has become a four day. Of course, I didn’t answer.

My projected line value is down by 16 TFP even though I gave away nothing and added a JA day. The audit isn’t complete…but with so many monkeys and footballs I’m guessing I really need to watch it.

What Crockrocket above said, but you may have to look at the payroll report. If the trip shows Audit Complete and things don't look right. Go to Contract Admin and see what they say. If you don't like the answer, push them on it.

If you're not on a RSV trip you can also run it through the SWAPA trip auditor. It says to wait until 24 hours after the SWA audit is complete to be official, but from my experience it's usually correct even on the fly.

Just got some of these stickers in the mail.

Where can I order some of those?
