DAL 756 rates
No JA or RON. Idk why we are not trying to get rid of this? Also can we stop comparing our rates to anyone else's? Let's just figure a number that works for us. I dont want to limit our rates based on what someone else settled for. Personally I think we need way more than 756 rates.
This us where the industry is failing its pilots. Everyone wants to be equal with the others or slightly better rather than say "we make this much for the company so we want to be compensated as such"
We are the most productive pilots in the world. Why limit our pay to what delta makes?

I absolutely agree with this! Our rates need to be based on our above industry productivity and therefore should far exceed all others.

I was thinking the same thing. Why they are allowing this non std JA BS is beyond me. 756 rates don’t cut it and won’t provide a career earning industry leading contract. Also add increase NEC and LTD/STD, medical reimbursement.

The company has resorted to using fatigue policy as a scheduling tool. By admission and practice they consider it an acceptable scheduling practice, and if they can then I don’t see a problem for pilots to use it as a scheduling function either.

We shouldn’t have to. Those that want that crap can volunteer for it. Those of us that just want to go home after a trip. Shouldn’t be o”put on the spot.

I agree, I’m saying for now that’s how I’m dealing with the company abuse.

True but if you end up in IND or ISP with no options to get home that night it is good to have a change of clothes.

Spare undies and toothbrush in the day bag. If I’m doing a day trip…max I’ll be out from home is 1.5 days.
