you cannot substitute a max 7, period.
Appears the decision has been made. By now Boeing single handedly destroyed 3 years of growth at swa..... way too big of an airline to keep all your eggs in one basket. Its literally dangerous....

She ain’t going back to the line, that’s for sure. She strikes me as the kind to find a nice job working in the GO.

Good to see CK didn’t get elected, either.

I disagree. Look at BWI for instance. You could put a few a220's in there and use them for the shorter shuttle service on all the destinations that have like 4-6 flights per day...Like PVD, MHT, BDL, ALB, SYR, ROC, PIT, ORF, RDU, BNA, etc.

It would also reopen the contract and I'm sure the union would ask for some really good stuff if they knew the company would need it.
just doesnt make sense to me but that doesnt mean anything

I got nothing yet. My in-house source tells me the social media is pretty hot over two of their union reps not voting, but she’s glad with who was elected.

I would not be surprised. I’ll never forget being trapped in the same space with an overweight, inner-city FA on the crew van. She was talking about the wage disparity between pilots and FAs. Of course, she said it this way “all dem pilots have to do is fly da plane and we be right der wit em.” Absolutely no exaggeration added to what she said or how she said it. She may have emphasized the “right der” part. It used to make me upset with the company but I realized the company is just a sample of the nation. The whole body is sick. Very sick.
