We have had a couple of check airman who were riding in the back, come up and tell our crews, you looked a little a low before being fully configured. They must have had their altitude watch on. I bet it was a couple of our so called Avaition Experts we have on here. Just saying.

HA, HA, do you have a altitude watch there tough guy? Kinda like this stupid stuff, I heard a couple SWA pilots a few years ago taking pictures of frost on a wings that end up getting two pilots fired. Stupid stuff like that? Where SWAPA and the ASAP team refused one of the pilots ASAP reports after accepting it, to do the companies dirty work for them. That kinda stupid?

I don't fly the 737, but doesn't the Alpha floor automatically protect against airspeed decay below the minimum maneuver speed for the NG and Max variants? Do the A/Ts automatically engage if armed at the Alpha floor? If the incident occurred on one of these variants, seems like a non-issue.
