Poolie here that just got the call that I was no longer eligible for SWAs changing criteria. No information beyond that. The only thing I can think is that my 12 month time was low because I had a non-flying deployment at the end of last year.
Mil chief of Stan/Eval. 4200TT 1700TPIC. Have to wait 12 months before I can reapply missing the hiring wave that’s about to happen. I’m a little speechless if I’m being honest. |

Many of those pool people had official (non-conditional) offers, and 18 months of emails saying "you're still hired, we can't wait to bring you on, your offer is still good" only to be blindsighted with no real explanation. We were told many times since they stopped hiring that as long as you can still pass the background check and don't have any "incidents" our spots in a future class would be there. So they were in fact lied to. |

I would imagine just about every NK pilot threw their app in for this one, so there's probably some prioritizing along with them being highly competeive in their own right. Tough times man...anytime things get good for a second, somebody has to crap the bed. First it was Boeing, now Spirit, soon as that blows over they'll pass age 67...on and on it goes.
