I think it's leadership's role to lead us that's why they're called leadership. We don't sign individual work contracts. We majority vote on the best deal our elected and appointed leaders think they can get us. Unfortunately not everyone knows what to do or asks what they can do so we need leadership to tell us what to do.

Yes, but leadership can't exactly tell us what they'd like us to do...although I'm fairly certain I heard the words "STOP" and "helping" used at a PUB event, FWIW.

Also, unfortunately the Miami Air or sub service is contractually legal.

Lastly, Worthless Bendover didn't just not show up, he had a BOD meeting and the other clowns with the ability to negotiate were present.

Anyway, the only ones who can get us a contract is US.

Also, maybe if some of our CAs would just fng stop for a month, I mean Jesus Christ talk about selfish. Just stop helping for one month, stop going above and beyond to help rescue this place

Exactly. Well said. How do we get this message out to the people who need to hear it?

I realize all you hear from me is critical about the union so you won't believe it but I do support this pilot group very much. And I participate in most of the union activities, including the picket, which i don't think a lot of you keyboard warriors can say.

I don't think you really are pro pilot if you refuse to hold the leadership accountable.
We will never know how much faster we could have achieved a contract if we didn't have that first clown in there followed by the current group which to me seem overly conservative.
Every airline has a mechanism for getting their pilots on the same page. I just wish ours would do the same. If the chokers won't come to the info you have to bring the information to the chokers.

This. Do we not have P2P around here anymore? Would individual calls be looked at as an "illegal work action"? Obviously not everyone looks at this board and to be quite honest I've been unsure in the past if recommendations from this board were legit or tinfoil hat banter. Basically I was unsure if refusing to picking up gravy really hurt the cause or not. About a month or so ago I choked on some gravy.....there....I said it!! I feel so much better! But after I did, I later learned there was an emergency CP meeting to cover flying. Lets just say the hammer finally hit me on the head! I finally decided never to do it again until we have a contract. Its better to just never open the bottle.....I mean answer the phone and temp yourself with that sweet gravy!!

Not this keyboard warrior. Been to every picket and a few PUBs. How many times did you voice your displeasure with leadership? Probably none. Just waited until you got home to your computer

I guess you think you are "pro-pilot" but you're not. You do noting but divide. At least VegasBus had the balls to go somewhere else. You on the other hand will never go anywhere. We are stuck with you for life like a bad STD

So I hear Jyri is telling crews that the ask was way out of line and that those pay rates would lead to bankruptcy. Apparently we are worlds apart.

Time to put the dukes up cuz the hits are gonna start coming heavy

Complete propaganda! Our ask has been proven to not only be affordable but the company will also maintain wild profitability
