No, I don't know that.

Of course, this summer's impending meltdown will help us. But there is no legitimate excuse for those bailing them out now. All cancellations due to lack of crew help move the company/ BOD toward a deal. Suggesting otherwise is only making excuses for whorish behavior.

It's much more than a "few cancellations here and there" that would happen if we were unified. These things have a compounding affect as planes and crews find themselves out of position.

Plain and simple the guys who rush to help the company to make extra money are being purely selfish and short sighted. They are not in solidarity with the majority of us who are doing "whatever it takes" to get a deal done.

Record performance is NOT helping us but is hurting us at the negotiations table as the BOD sees no reason to change anything given everything is working well

You wouldn't be ****ing him off, you'd be stealing his and his family's hard earned compensation. Wanting to **** someone off is far from mature, and if that is how you cope with emotional discomfort, maybe we should talk with your AME about which boxes you check on your form. Or talk to the playground instructor who attends your recess.

If you can't handle the truth...change the truth and worry about your allegiances. we don't get paid what we are worth, we get paid what we negotiate. Re-read your first sentence...acting as a cohesive. Remember flight instructing...learning is a change in behavior as a result of experience....no change...no learning. Get on board buddy.

Gentlemen please take a deep breath and keep our aim where it belongs. You can make change in a positive way or a negative way. You're choice.

Man when this place DOES come unravelled and even if we didn't do a thing wrong all the company will have to do is come on here for evidence. Yikes.

How about unity towards the same end and stop writing things like this on public message boards.

Vlad hit it on the head. Frotter... Go easy man, I'm on board, just trying to not let the childish behavior on here become fodder for lawyers to use against us when it really gets rough... Which it will. My point is, quit pointing your pistols at each other and remember who the real enemy is.

Where in the CBA does it say I have to pick up OT? Now if you're referring to a change in "status quo", I'd say the complete and utter disregard for our CBA by the company these past months falls in the same boat. Stop living in fear brother!
