Yes exactly, and denial mode stops working if it cannot build "something" that has a minimum of 69 hours and 4 days off between trips...unless of course you waive it.

Otherwise, being guaranteed my 4 days off between trips by being awarded reserve in this case sure doesn't seem like a win.

I guess you guys value the 4 days off a lot more than I do. I am sitting here at my laptop trying to develop the best strategy to get rid of my 4 days off and turn them into all weekends off when DOT opens tomorrow. And yes, I'm a commuter.

And that's awesome you have the ability to do that without affecting someone junior to you's 4 days off in Final Schedule.

And that, IF actually happens to be a problem, is why it’s a 6 month trial- NO ONE can say that it will be a problem at this point.

Check the email with a subject line:

Bidline Bulletin- January 1

That email also includes a .pdf to help you get started in navigating and bidding.

4 days isn't going away. It's because of what management did under Carlson reign of terror. Closing bases and making guys commute just to turn around and go back to base. People haven't forgotten. Less than 4 days off command will stay but 4 is in the contract unless waived. No worries.

Pfffft...I held my first relief line this month so I don't think many people junior to me care a whit whether I waive that or not come PBS.

Set Condition Weekends Off.

You're Welcome
You're absolutely right. And there's no way in the world I will get that as a junior line holder without waiving the 4 days, regardless of whether senior holders waive the 4 days or don't.
