But babble on. I won’t see it. That’s what the ability to block trolls is for.

If you ladies are done with your circle jerk I'd like to remind you that I'm paid $44/hour less than my counterpart at jetBlue. Our collective focus should be on being compensated on par with our peers.

Quite frankly at this point you guys are embarrassing yourselves and making everyone look bad. Maybe admin should lock this thread, it’s run its course.

great point!!! In addition to industry standard pay - Maybe we can get legacy pay, hotels, and private hotel transportation too. Unless we like waiting an hour for transportation to the local Fairfield or Hampton.

Same people that sleep at the airport because they can’t get through to scheduling on IROP and the same people who earlier were complaining about spending “hours” trying to get ahold of scheduling to see if they have an assignment. And guys accepting rescheduling assignments via ACARS.

Part of us “not being a regional” also requires big boy pants; which includes getting your own cab at 30 minutes, calling the CP if no hotel, and self releasing at 30 minutes if you can’t get ahold of scheduling and sending and email to them saying you’re dutying off and will be contactable again at whatever time

I can count on one hand the amount of times in my career a cab ride from the airport has gone smoothly. Sometimes I’d rather wait longer than a half hour than deal with the inevitable cabbie temper tantrum when we get to the hotel and have to settle up.

I totally get that. I personally won’t walk to the cab stand at 30 minutes if I know the hotel shuttle is almost there.

But then again I won’t come on and complain that I waited an hour for the shuttle like some people do, because I’m in the cab way before an hour hits

Don’t wait hours for an IROP hotel or a ride to the hotel. Try the on call CP and if still no luck take care of yourself and expense it.
