Delta doesn’t either. Is that a standard now?

Just to add to your discussion about premium earlier. At frontier we have a premium add folder that is first come first serve. It sounds nice in theory but 1% of our pilots take 90% of the trips. No one knows if they use a bot, sit on their computer 24/7, or have a friend in scheduling that gives them a heads up for trips but whatever it is 99% of our pilots are losing out. When we work through a JCBA we need a more fair way to do premium. It sounds like the X/Y list is a much better system. Anyone who tells you Frontier’s system is better is lying to you or cheating the system.

I feel bad for schedulers that have to deal with pilots, and FAs, who don’t know their contract and get an attitude with schedulers.

Another example of people thinking the contract is the first few pages of Section 3 and nothing else.
Seriously, you have never gone through the x/y list and found yourself skipped for trips that you were listed and legal for but never got called? Ever wonder why they go days at a time without publishing that call log?

X/Y list grievance mining has paid for a bottle of Pappy Van Winkle that currently sits on my shelf.

But sure, go on thinking they diligently work down the list and don’t cold call or “junior man” when it suits them.

So you “mined” a single 1 or 2 day trip depending on your seat? Once? Am I understanding this humble brag correctly?

Guess since you got them that one time it’s a good reason to tell them to F off without knowing if it’s even right or wrong. Nice.

Yeah, sure, I’ll leave premium pay on the table that should have rightfully gone my way because the company didn’t follow the CBA.

Go back to betting which new hire leaves the company first.

Nothing like showing up for recurrent ground, and two guys no-showed recurrent ground.

When the instructor tells us the names of the two guys who are missing, we’re able to quickly tell him, - oh, they’re both in new hire training - one’s at Delta, the other guy at United, one guy’s been gone for a few weeks…. The other one started new hire training yesterday.

Heard FOQA called a guy who's been at UAL for a month. Alpa can't even keep track of the attrition. 🤣
