Frankly that alone is one of the MANY reasons FO's are leaving.
As someone that has worked under the AA managment mentality, Spirit hands down blows them out of the water. I feel like I’m treated so much better here with way more respect. Perfect, no, it way better than I ever experienced elsewhere.

At AA or at an AA WO? Honestly, do you think it’s a valid position to compare the two? Not defending either one, but I don’t think I’d be able to compare the two legitimately having flow for a WO.

Maybe we should all get over the airline fuselage measuring contest and realize that we are all essentially 5 - 1% ers, with the best effort to pay ratio job on the planet, heaps of time off and no need to bring any baggage home.

No one cares where you go, or stay.

At this point, anyone who thinks that any financial gain they can get at a legacy will substantially improve their life is kidding themselves.

Right! I can’t help but roll my eyes when someone that worked at a regional for a major brand tells me they would never work for that major brand because of their experience at said regional. The two are no where close to the same.

Fair enough, but at Envoy our CEO sat on the board at AA and was the only WO CEO to do so. I think the mentality could be argued that they share similar view points.

you could pay some guys a million bucks and they’d still find something to b1tch and moan about.

also a lot of people believe money can buy happiness.
