I don't know if I am 100% accurate but...

A db DFW FO, now, as of very recent, CA (lucky FOs ) took a pic of some CA claiming to have long hair and sent it to the CP.

Back in the day, this would have been dealt in the prkn lot with the former pro-standards officer, a 25lbs lead pipe.

As we grow snitching if becoming a more frequent thing.

Ive had comments about my excessive luggage (roller bag, chart case, and cooler). I can only imagine the boring meaningless life someone lives if they are concerned about something so inconsequential. Relax, I am not judging your McDonalds eating future fat butt. Im sure 30 years of airline flying combined with your diet will produce a bright future. Mind your own business and eat your POS 1 Liter Coke and fries.

The uniform is the uniform so I wear it, but a black wind breaker does not look unprofessional. Its not 1920. We dont need huge big bulky leather jackets. Where is my scarf and leather hat? Christ. Do VA pilots look unprofessional? Times change. We dont all need to look like the Captain of the Titanic. Besides, with out low cost break the mold business model, I think a black jacket would better match anyway.
That said, I weather the leather jacket. Its the uniform.

Oh, and NO VOTE on the Ipads.

Carry on.
Awesome.... I bring my food for the same reasons! No vote as well..

We also had a DB Fo that went to the CP to narc on a CA because his approach was unstable or something, and the fo didn't want to deice cause he was going to miss his latest hookup.. The DB Fo is now a CA too.. The said CA, has a huge no fly list.. So who knows what went on..

I would check your story first before posting something like that. Maybe even ask the guy. If you did he would tell you that he went to pro-standards first who than turned his name and the captains name over to the Cp.

This guy has changed his story a lot to cover his "boo boo". Because what you're saying is ProStandards did something that they should never do in situations like this, contact management.

Pro Standards is in constant contact with management. I never liked it and tried to change it - to no avail. In my opinion, Pro Stds should NEVER interact with management on anything other than general basis. The last I heard, and it could have changed but I don't think so, Pro Stds gets the CP call when management has a small problem (doesn't reach the formal NOI level) with a particular pilot . Pro Stds acts like secret agent man when it comes to pilot to pilot interactions, but then engages in secretive conversations with management. That is just not the way I think Pro Stds should work. Pro Stds should be a pilot to pilot intermediary, not a management to pilot enforcer.

Agreed! A wise FO once told me, "the first time you hear a story, is just the first time you heard the story". You'll hear it again, don't make up your mind until you've heard it multiple times from multiple sources.
