Who cares what some beta-cuck RAH weenie says about PBS? It's not on the table and the majority of Spirit pilots will not vote for that nonsense.

I don't think anyone is going to vote for PBS, loss of our four days off, loss of transition conflict or any of our other QOL issues unless this contract is world beating. Talking CAs maxing out at $600/hr, W-2s upwards of $400K. Anything less than that, I dont see anyone voting a reduction in our QOL.

You don't know that. The majority of this pilot group wasn't even here for contract '10. Many of us have had our arses kicked at other carriers and won't stand for any bullsh!t.

I have to agree with your post. Many of us have seen what crap is like, and will not tolerate any more of it, especially when the going is so good for the industy.

I still have small hopes for what you just said. But then again, I have been proved wrong.

That distant learning TA passed with flying colors. To me that was Bullsh!t because the I-Pads were coming one way or another. Once ground school is being done on my time off that will be significant loss of pay because of the training conflicts that I have lost. No special deals just loss of training conflicts that everyone had the opportunity to enjoy.

This! This is why I'm a little pessimistic about any proposed ta vote. When we get a ta that is.

I think it's safe to say most of the group and even most captains aren't achieving that and aren't even coming close to it. At the top pay you'd have to average 180hrs of credit per month.
