All I'm saying is that pilots that dress like slobs and give cringeworthy PAs are not helping us. Since the passenger experience is tough to say the least, the best thing we can do is look and act like professionals. It's easy and goes a long way IMO

The next Spirit pilot I see wearing a damn hat in the terminal, I'm gonna knock it off his head and then give him a wedgie as he bends down to pick it up. It worked in high school, this place is turning out to be no different! NERDS, NERDS, NERDS!!

Lets do this, I'll be on all fours behind him so you can shove him. Then he will fall over and the hat comes off. Then you take the hat and I'll grab the back pack and we will run in opposite directions. Worked great in college. LOL
