I'm still lurking about.

The legacies upgrade path is pretty much set by retirements, not growth which I think is probably the better situation to be in. However, unlike JB and VX, our upgrade path is established by both growth and retirements/attrition.

Current fleet announcement has caused some to believe in upgrade stagnation, but I think we'll see announcements for aircraft purchasing.

A better way to think of it: The lower 3 steps should be eliminated instead. Making 4th year pay 1st year pay for both seats...and setting up a 4% pay raise each year after DOS.

"Give relief or it will significantly damage our future career" New occ, New mx hanger and still how many hundred of millions in the bank? Don't get me wrong, I'm happy to help out in an irop, I'm extremely happy that the company I work for is financial in tact and growing, I'm extremely discouraged by the teenage girl style alarmism and subsequent actions of the MEC/LEC.

I'm with you bumble bee. Sometimes it's better to to just start over than to keep trying to fix it. I fully support a total recall of all LEC/MEC personel. Its better to start from scratch at this point. Our most immediate danger is our negotiations committee and our reps don't have the balls to replace them.

In receipt of the negotiating committee's email I see their pipe dream of focused expedited negotiations has passed. This will be a long frustrating process.

Can we just pull those clowns out of there now? Thank you.

Well, the difference seems rather small?, I can't imagine it taking much longer? Doesn't the company have to negotiate in "Good faith". They can't just keep saying no, if the difference is small as I think it (the cost of the DTW hanger), why can't we hammer it out in a few months at the longest?

Not just the NC, but the whole show, before we get any further down the road.

Time to unite under leadership we can ALL follow.

If it was truly that small, we would have had an agreement.
