I'm happy to block 5:30 or more per day for more pay...work would still be more restful than being at home! :-D

I would be happier with more "soft time" so we don't have to work as hard for the same money. Work smarter not harder.

SAVE near the 52wk low, I wonder if a TA announcement on both pilots and FAs will revert and boost the trend, but with fuel so cheap it'll be hard.

I know all you single guys, senior and training pilots love kinking the contract for more money. But I don't want to kill myself and work on days off to make a proper wage. How about a good rate and you won't have to work the phones and stare at flica on your days off.

I never have a problem figuring out my pay off the audit sheet. I just use this simple formula.

Exactly right. I think that's part of the business model. Make it confusing enough so guys stop looking at it and wondering where the rest of their money is!
I'd bet it saves them 100's of thousands of dollars per year.
