I really only voted because I knew one of the reps. It would be nice if the format would take advantage of some of this gee whiz new media to put themselves out there so people can make a personal connection and an informed choice. Video conference, debates, q&a. Etc

I couldn't take it, had to register a username to stop me from going insane.
You guys do realize 150% helps the company right?
Giving something up for something that helps the company makes me realize how pilots really don't understand business.
If you need an explanation. Realize they could keep staffing numbers lower with 150%. Hence the reason people get upset when picking up overtime during a furlough.

150% is gone, done, outta here, bye-bye never looking back. We are 1000 plus pilots and growning. Spirit needs to have labor cost control. Giving out millions of dollars on premium pay hurts that objective. Yes I would love to see 150% back, however ask yourself "If we had 150% back how much open time would there really be?" Not much they will probably have a "zero open time policy". Very few would benefit. Remember for every action there is a reaction

I can only imagine a 150% open time pickup would only be negotiated with a seniority based open time pickup system.
Open time pickup registering above minimums is fine, no reason to expend "negotiating points" on something that wouldn't benefit a majority of pilots.

The 150% talk cracks me up.... How about we worry about industry standard pay, retirement, 6 hour min day, red eye override.... To name a few.
150% means nothing when we are making 50% less than our peers..SWA, Delta, AA( which was offered the highest paying contract in the industry) UniCal, and JB....

On a personal note, if you want to come to work on a day off, why should I give something of monetary value up just so you can get your 150%? It's your choice to work on your day off.
When you go out on medical and collecting long term disability, that 150% isn't going to help you since your disability is based on your hourly and min gaureentee.

You'll actually be bagging groceries because our ltd is the worst in the industry and while most airline pilots will collect until 65 we only get 2 years

I am a bit more confident in my abilities and have multiple revenue streams, I won't be bagging groceries like I did when I was 15, lol, but I get what you are saying.
