Really? You're ACY right? Between your close proximity to MM and the Negotiating updates you can't say that you have no clue.

We have a insider like you in our base also; he speaks to union guys all of the time, brags about speaking to the Rep on a daily basis, always has more inside info than the rest of us, brags about how great the deal will be, and then tells us to wait because "we don't know what's inside the deal". I'm calling BS. You guys know it will not achieve the survey goals and your trying to condition us to accept what ever comes out. AIN'T WORKIN!

I share the felling, but I think you are reaching for it, we are probably 20-30 people here, speculating, the union emails are as informative as our Mec chair weekly dr Phil chat, zero info, leaving the zombies hungry for blood, and brains running wild. Non of the NC emails say anything about a deal, they can't give any more info than the company, you know this.
I speculate that they may have a deal and they are just working the last few details, but it's just that, speculation.
At any giving moment, the company asks for say "pbs, transition, 29/7, etc" and the pseudo deal is off, on the other hand we ask for DL plus 8% in a 4 yr deal and the company says, "stay here, I'll be right back" weeks later crickets in the room....
And I agree with Joey, it isn't cool to treat each other like enemies.
Like I said, wait for a TA then gloves off.

Nobody outside the mec and nc will ever know what the survey said, so you will never know if the goals were met. Whatever they put in front of us will be stamped "mission accomplished" but we will never know what the goals were.

But I think we all have a good idea of what was on those surveys. Higher pay, higher retirement contribution and keeping our work rules. Everything else is kinda beside the point. That's how I'm guessing the surveys went.

I'm glad I'm not on the NC either, BUT READ WHAT I WROTE! I'm not saying I feel that way, but I think most of the surveys filled out by the pilots that bothered to fill one out (which I'm guessing wasn't all of them) probably only cared about pay and retirement.

If that is all there is, why bother filling one out? Personally, I'm for rig / min duty improvement. My point was, we will never know what the survey said, so we will never know how well the NC did. Like taking a type ride and not knowing the pts. Even after a TA is ratified, the survey results will remain classified secret squirrel info.
