So.. what do we want:
* More money and Less time off.
* Normal bidding or PBS.
Also on a recent report that one of our guys did after reviewing the differences in both, The Current Contract and the TA, mentioned that the health Ins. POS A goes up nearly 300%.
This is out of my checks:
POS II A:
NOW
EE+2: 110.00 every chk= 220 month
TA
EE+2: 165.00 every chk= 329 month
That's a 50% or 109.00 dollars increase, not 300%.
(what Am I missing?)
Don't get me wrong, any increase on anything other than pay is a pay cut, but personally, because every person has different financial responsibilities, think that an increase of 110 a month on health Ins does not off set my pay increase while keeping my current benefits.
So far I still a YES, we'll see next week at the "circus maximus show". Cant wait to see the dude with the hairy nostrils go crazy about OT, bring popcorn!

actually pos a is 70 per check or 141 per month on 2010 rates, so the increase is 189/month($2256/year)..so that's closer to a 150 percent increase..
that's coming out of your 18% raise...
