Always a huge smile and word of encouragement from Ces.
A few days out of OE in the DC-9 he told me "Relax dude, if you hadn't told me you were brand new I never would have known!".

Even after 4 days I'm still in shock...
Ces was my instructor durring recurrent and was my sim partner's IOE Capt.
He made us feel relaxed and at home... He was one of the best if not the best and will be greatly missed!
Rip Ces you will not be forgotten!!
