probably the same as yesterday. A pep rally. McKenzie telling upper managers: "teamwork", "win-win together", "we're a family" , etc, etc, etc.
My contact said that he's waiting for the boss to "show me, not tell me" that we are all on the same team.

Though I'm thousands of miles away, I'll be there in Spirit (no pun intended). Joe is a great guy and an exceptional instructor. He's one of the few guys who cares. He has a passion for aviation that few can match.
It sounds to me like he got a raw deal.
Even with the time-zone difference, rest assured I will be raising a glass at 1930 Eastern.

what's going on what the transition arbitration. I thought we were getting a ruling in January. So much for super expedited arbitration huh....

Last I heard we are waiting to hear the final decision from the arbitrator. Who knows how long that will take. As I understand it the company basically conceeded they screwed up but are fighting any transition that is longer than 8 days since that is the longest example we gave in the contract. I personally think it was all a stall tactic just until our staffing levels got better.

I've been worried about rising oil prices, but interestingly, we just announced Las Vegas to LA 5 times a day, and will announce Fort Lauderdale to Toluca shortly. Good news I hope.
