Has anyone looked at FLICA to see if the base bid is open. Last time I checked the new bid still wasn't up. Curious to see if its because I'm on FMLA but I think I still should be able to see it just not bid it like everything else.

Do you guys have line bidding, as in physical lines published each month and you pick your lines and list them in order? Or do you use PBS and put in preferences in the system and then get pairings assigned?
If it is line bidding, I assume you fly with the same pilot for the whole month?
