Pretty firm from what ive heard, unless you have something quality to offset the lack of time like multiple transport types, or perhaps some 121 check airman, sim instructor, etc time. I know a guy who got on with under 3000 but he was a prof check airman, DE,
every type of instructors etc. at his last commuter gig.

Wow. That's sad. Checkairman and designated examiner and under 3,000 hours? I don't want to fly on his previous airline...
