Did you mean do we have agreements and will we let someone ride without an agreement? The answer is yes, if you have an agreement and no without one. Sadly they usually don't let the captain decide, they just turn them down at the gate. The few airlines that aren't on it are the ones that won't give ours a ride (American).

So, can somone explain to me why line 15 in LAS has only 11 days off and 3 days off in between trips? The trips end at 0001 on the last day but in my book thats still a working day. Are we now going to get into semantics with the company over what 4 days off means, actual calendar days vs. a rolling 96 hours?
Is there a letter of agreement I'm not aware of or is this just one of those we are letting slide?
