Yeah, I have 1 internal LOR that I gave them with all my stuff during the job fair, but I'm working on more. I'm a bit short of the 4K TT they want, which might be the issue, even though I've been in 121 for 6+ yrs with two airlines, but spending an eternity on reserve, one furlough and a company liquidation didn't help. Trying to make myself as markatable and "well rounded" as I can. I already live in a Spirit base, got the 4 yr degree, foreign language skills, etc. Keeping my fingers crossed and keep working on my networks and continue to fly my butt off I guess

I didn't bring any LOR's to the fair. Maybe I should have. I had a CKA and upgrading FO send me resume to HR and the CP prior. With over 500 people there, who knows if that's enough.

Got the email yesterday morning (5 days after the job fair).
Group #3 - saw spirit very early in the day ( sorry to those that waited 12 hrs).
7000tt 2000turbine pic (RJ captain) 1 internal rec although I haven't submitted that so don't think it helped yet. No military.
The long form app is quite involved. Still working on it.

Mine's been sitting in the SPAM folder for about 10 days, doh! Sadly, I wasn't able to make it to the job fair (my brother's wedding was the same day). 4200TT, 2100 Turbine PIC, several internal recs. Good luck to you!
