Hey guys, just dropping in with a quick question. Does your contract have a pay cap to the number of credit hours you can make in a month?

No. My last full year as an FO I averaged around 125h per month with spikes up to 160h. But it is true that it is getting harder to get extra pay, especially on the FO side. On the CA side I find it still easy, however some of my initial new hire buddies can't seem to get any OT.

Section 4
Minimum Guarantees
A. Pilots will be paid and credited flight pay at the applicable hourly rate with a minimum guarantee of 72 hours a month. In the event a pilot is on non-pay status (i.e., unpaid leave of absence) for a portion of the month, he will be paid and credited flight pay at the applicable rate for each day on pay status or pro-rated minimum guarantee, whichever is greater.
Like the previous post, NO CAP ON CREDIT.
