Obviously my point was lost on you. It's not about just blindly accepting whatever TA comes down.

That will be as popular as walking in an Iranian street protest with your name on a big sign.

Wow. I don't show up for a day and there's two more pages of content...
And yes...
Past volunteer at NK. And not too long ago was told, let me recall..."not taking anyone now" when I inquired about the negotiating committee. Literal words. Would you also like to know the name, place and date too?

I wouldn't word it like that, but I think it is fair enough to say that in 2010, it was when the TA was struck that that the big mistakes were made. By stopping the strike without us getting a chance to vote on, or even see the TA, it forced the yes vote. Because with a narrow no vote for going back on strike, the negotiating committee would have gone back to the table with perhaps a 52-48 split mandate, instead of the strong 98-2 strike mandate that we gave them.
BUT, Ramrod, you know very well that without Unity and Consensus and a strong mandate behind our negotiators, whoever they are, we don't stand a chance.

I doubt it. Only to people like A320Flyer and Skybolt perhaps. It's ok, we already know who they are anyway.

Anxiously waiting...Amazing how, what, two or three names on that letter actually lived under MN at the helm of Spirit ALPA? He's playing the majority of you who signed onto that.

We're not Joey. I'm the fool for bothering to argue with them on the internet. Most people just ignore them and carry on. Contract 2015 will be a great victory for this group.

Nobody is playing anybody. Socializing at a BBQ venue close to DFW is a voluntary thing. And every evening there are more and more folks showing up, and enjoying a great time. We are independent thinkers, not sheeple. Not blind idiots or "crazy Dallas pilots." Remember, all this recent discussion started because LEC 77 refuses to hold a vote, allowed by the Bylaws, in DFW, where the majority of 77 members are based. Addressing the clear inpractability of many of us flying to LAS is what voters expect their elected representatives to do. Plain and simple. Refusing, dismissing, maneuvering, has only made it worse. Hey, how about giving us our own Council? Then y'all can get rid of us easily....
