This isn't about personal attacks. We've met and I think you're a nice guy who speaks well and presents his opinion articulately. I just disagree with much of what your previous MEC attempted to do and strongly support our current leadership. I also disagree with the divisiveness being spread to many of our newest pilots. Our current MEC is guilty of poor branding and that vacuum allows this divisiveness to fester. I feel this agitating has more to do with settling old political scores and sour grapes than bettering this pilot group and it's sad new pilots are being brought into it under some other pretenses.

Sooo...let me get this straight. During our last contract negotiations the (ha ha!...get THIS!) “anonymous”, non-management hosted or moderated” B*tch Board "magically" appears, an absolute encyclopedia galactica on how to subvert the contract, sow discontent and screw your fellow pilots by scurrying around like rats feasting on management’s scraps...and now VOILA!...here we are again…going into the next round of negotiations and once more we are assured that this “non-management” run super-secret Board of Champions is here to serve the pilot’s needs by “presenting the other side”.

Riiiiight, sounds like a management run board. It's probably done by schedulers during their down time. It's just not possible that people would want to post about things like making money, and questioning the MEC's policies.

So I was curious and looked at all of the emails I have received from the MEC recently, im not even counting council 77 items...
29th-Payday emails
29th-NC Crewroom visit
28th-Scheduling update
28th-Red/Green update on black days now will be dropped.
26th-Reminder for NC FLL crewroom visit
19th-Safety newsletter
18th-NC crewroom visit
15th-Payday email
What do you feel we are missing in this 2 weeks span? Considering that each email usually consists of 4 or 5 specific issues?

Maybe it is. Or maybe it's run by that red faced 26% lanyard wearing whiner/screamer who used to blow his 400% super secret deals (while guys were on furlough) at Tequila Rocks. Or maybe it's run by someone in the union. GASP!!! Point is, whoever IS the moderator of that board knows who YOU are. I for one trust anonymous moderators and their motives implicitly, but not everyone might.
