I'm talking about the formula to figure out what should show up on your paycheck. Somebody had posted it on the old spirit pilot board and the union had sent out an email in the past addressing this issue but I must have deleted it.

I'm familiar with the contract and how month to month conflict drops are handled.

I appreciate your contribution but I don't think we should be stating on a public forum what we would settle for specifically. Also as far as retirement goes, the new standard is 16% of wages with no matching requirement. Anything less is not standard and should even be on your map.

For weekend entertainment can we please make fun of Southwest's and Frontier' s new paint! WN: Taking a page from us with their bright paint that "celebrates new southern international routes" featuring bubble letters written by Mrs Brown's 2nd graders. As for Frontier glad the animals are sticking around, but the green lettering and scheme makes me wonder when they are announcing they got bought by People Express!

Oh, can we add long call reserve to the list...
