What I do is log into link and type in "manuals" in the search box. The first item that comes up for me is the FOM. Once I click on that, the entire manual library for flight ops is on the left side like normal. Kind of a back door way of doing it but it works for my iPad.

I can only assume speculating or releasing information on a current lawsuit is probably not the best thing to do.

Unless of course you post something that is viewed by someone involved, your personal information is requested by a court order from the moderators, and you are summoned to give testimony on what you posted, based on what you "know"
