I applied a week ago and got the email to the assessment and that wage tax form thing immediately after. Anyone else get that right away? Took the assessment. Math. Patterns. And some highly agree/disagree questions. Heard nothing so far.

I've taken it twice and I have applied twice. I've heard nothing. Haven't been able to go to a job fair yet.

Wage tax form? I don't think I got that but I got the assessment and the other ( agree / disagree ) question bank. I guess it is just automatic now. I wonder if an applicant can expect any other emails from the company or just the call If they decide to interview you.

2-3 weeks after I took the assessment I was invited to a "Schmooze Fest." It was the first one they have done, but it sounds like they will be doing more. There was probably some luck of timing on my part with that though. I'm not sure what percentage are getting calls without going to job fairs, but I wouldn't wait and wonder if you haven't gone to a job fair since that seems to still be the norm.

I'm hoping someone has some current gouge for you, as far as the hiring process goes since it's changed recently.
Good luck!

I'm pretty sure they are all Work Opportunity Tax Credit related. Probably just seeing if anyone they hire qualifies to help lower the employers tax burden.
The gouges on aviationinterviews.com are pretty spot on!
