Email SF direct and ask her.
Also we have a form that if you fill it out before they interview and they get hired, you can get cash after they are hired. I think it's like $500.

I'm genuinely wondering why anyone would want to be a crew scheduler at any airline and I'm sure spirit pays less than industry standard as well. In fact I'm pretty sure most folks in the corporate office are paid less than their peers at other airlines. Except for the C- level.

What's my chances?
I meet all requirements and most preferred requirements right now other than degree and 121 experience. Got 3200 fly lears and G159as an FO
I have applied 3 times with no luck... get as far as the cognitive test and never hear from them again... is hard to believe what I read here about having trouble not filling up their classes.
I don't have any letters of recommendation from spirit employees neother have I gone to job fair to meet with recruiters... is that a deal breaker?

Did you ever think that maybe he's truly trying to help. I have to admit, the few posts I've read from this guy he's responding to have been a little difficult to say the least. Almost as if English is the second language or its really just that bad, or he just doesn't give a sheet. That could reflect poorly and be a major reason in his lack of success. Albeit no 121 experience is probably a major drawback also.
