Ok it's better, now I'm reminded to wear the pin and the lanyard, support the pac, burn jepps, summer, fall, winter and spring Ops, check for Jumpseaters, etc. nothing new. Nothing that we weren't getting with the ALPA magazine. As a matter of fact, I find the iNK magazine more informative and much more entertaining that the MEC weekly phone calls.

Hope we get something soon. I know of an ACY F/O Going to SWA (maybe have left already) and a few waiting for class dates at UAL. These aren't new-hires either
FWIW, according to DELTAs monthly hiring thing their MEC puts out, there has only been 4 Spirit pilots that went there from here since 01/14

That stat is why I laugh when I hear FOs and CAs say "Forget this place, im putting my stuff in with (insert Legacy carrier)." Some are under the impression that Delta will call as soon as they hit submit on their Airline App..."This guys has an A320 type and time in type...call him!!"

At American, your number is close to correct.
Otherwise, I don't think it's as tough to "break in" at UA (0 flows) and DL (at most 50% flow?) as many think, given one has a solid resume, internals, and patience.
I think what holds a lot of people back is simply the time and effort it takes to submit and maintain a quality application. Just my .02
