Interesting enough BBB bought 2000 shares of stock a couple of weeks ago. On news of his departure the stock is up almost 6% today. It must be nice to be on the inside.

Market seems to like the change, from S&P...
"We like this move, as we think Mr. Fornaro has years of experience running a low cost carrier and we also think he did a good job going head to head with the larger network carriers during his tenure. We like the orderly succession, and remain positive on Spirit's fast revenue growth trajectory. Price competition with larger carriers remains a concern, but we think Mr. Fornaro has the right experience for this issue."
Watched a few interviews from Fornaro from his time at AirTran. He speaks a lot about the importance of a quality product for the passengers, as well as low fares. Heres hoping some attention can put towards the "quality product" part.
Fornaro cleaned house at the executive level when he took over AirTran...Bendo may be Gonzo....oh yeah, dropping bad puns...
