Agreed! Not sure why the want to help their "friends" get on here anyway. So they can be an under paid FO for many many many years! Oh yeah.. "It's better than my regional..!"

All I know is as long as Jyri continues to spout his bs at job fairs and recurrent classes that we are not worth the same as other pilots at other airlines and we don't need to drive the nicest car or have the nicest watch, and Bendo continues to low ball our pilot group with laughable cost neutral contracts, then I have ZERO motivation to help the operation in any way. I will fly safe, and only fly the contract. No 117 extensions period. Etc etc. if they don't believe in our worth, then it is up to us as a group to show them our worth.

Hey guys,
Just wanted to check in and thank all the team players who've been helping out lately.
I'd like to invite everyone to meet your future union leadership at the Locavore brew pub in Denver. Date has yet to be set (Jimmy has some stuff going on with Bob - getting to know each other...). Anyhoo, my old pals from FAPA will be there with their buddy Andy - he's a big champion of their cause, ya know. We'll be chewing the fat about how great they'll make your future here, so stop by!
High five guys!!

In the junior base of ACY, over a year (can't speak to the other junior bases). You may get a line every few months here and there. Depends on how may lines the company decides to have that month.
For the most part 6 on 4 off. Rinse and repeat.

If our union comes out and says to stop volunteering for job fairs I'm sure you wouldn't see a pilot show up to one. But they haven't. I imagine the main reason they haven't is it would only hurt us to not have pilots involved in the hiring process.

Man it's easy to throw stones from your ivory tower. Are you going to job fairs yet? If you are going to tell people to not come here then why the hell are you still here? I'll give you some respect if you are at least actively trying to leave.
