Spirit of NKS, Part II

Uhhhh, I'll take a WAG....
NOTHING...
Didn't you guys constantly bust his balls just about every time he put out a recording? What would you like to hear?
We are not at the table and haven't been for 2 months. A survey is out, the union meets with the company on the 22nd, the company is sending it's negotiators.
Wear your lanyard.

By what's happening I was referring to a P2P guy coming here and looking for info. It's all upside-down. This stuff will get out of control. It'll get out of control and we'll be lucky to get through it.

Hang on. It's not that I was looking for "info", just wondering why such a drastic change in perception. One week we're "close to a deal", the next week we're potentially years away

No gains are made. Nothing happens. Hence the use of "no mans land." Eventually, the nmb must be convinced to send a negotiator back. Truly sir, I hope that we never get that far. Patience, unity and honest communication will see us through this bs. Personally, I'm betting on 5 years. I hope I'm wrong.

You do understand who we work for, correct? For some reason some of us think we work for decent management and go above and beyond for this company. Once we all accept that isn't true and stop doing more than our job..then maybe it will happen sooner. But, we've given them no reason to give us a deal sooner time and time again. Give me a respectable TA and I'll gladly go above and beyond!

Problem 2, time is on their side. Chances are, our negotiating position will deteriorate over time.
Problem 3, we have zero leverage. Release, which I highly doubt, is years away. Over time, we lose money and they gain. Full retro pay? When was the last time that happened? Northwest, I believe.
Grit your teeth, it's goin' in dry.
