Spirit of NKS, Part II
Here is something we can all agree on.
If you are a CA (all F/Os) and have been here for 7 years or less you are doing yourself and your family a huge disservice by staying at this second class operation.
Our passengers hate us
Our management hates us
Wall St hates us
We make a fraction of what legacy pilots make, hell, we don't even compare to jetblue or VA
We have no retirement
And we have mr JS who likes to threaten Instructors if they don't drop their Greivances.
Really classy operation we have here

People get down on Vegas about his anger but I think until we are all so ****ed we don't care if the place burns, mgmt will have no fear of us.
I'm not saying be angry acting with eachother out there. We gotta be brothers and sisters but F these dirtbags and their free smiles and you know what? Any honest man has to admit this is a third rate sheethole of an operation and company that doesn't give a shoot about anything but putting up numbers

I have been here since early 2011 and have seen this place go down hill ever since as far as a decent place to work. It is definitely not the same company I came to work for five years ago. It is extremely disappointing and discouraging to see what this place has and continues to turn into. Our pay and the Spirit brand is an embarrassment. I had hoped I wouldn't have to, but I think it is time to start looking elsewhere.

I'm actually excited for this place to have another meltdown and with some luck shutter the doors. I'd rather this place shut down than continue to work here if this lack of progress continues much longer

Im hoping the stock price drops to zero without warning. All the investors will lose their money. Luckily us pilots were smart enough to not invest in a place we work with our inside knowledge.
