You know, So Won...that is something YOU, and all of spirit pilots, have the ability to CHANGE. Great thing about human nature....the ability to LEARN. You should check out the flight instructor's guide. Learning = a change in behavior as a result of experience. Evidence points out that people gain self esteem by doing self enhancing behaviors and making choices which honor their boundaries. So your statement sounds a little passively fatalistic....maybe you, and all Spirit pilots... buck up and do something to show we value ourselves, and we may earn the corresponding value from other's around us, like management.

Also, stop feeding the trolls. Shyguy must be laughing his head off as he rings the bell and you guys salivate.

That's fine if he does. Most likely Jyri and Bendoritis's time at Spirit will be ending sooner than later. New CEO's tend to be like head coaches in pro sports. The new coach has people that they bring with them to replace the previous regime. I would imagine Mr. Fornaro has their replacements waiting in the wings as we speak, or even hashing out the deal to bring them on board. Those two are on a very very short leash I would imagine.

I would hope he has more important things to do than come on here and listen to a bunch of hens clucking about how unfair the world is. I would think poking you guys would fall on the TO DO list somewhere between fixing the ongoing release formatting issues and getting on that pesky "quid" issue.

He's got nothing to tell us since he is done with his upgrade.

To curb expectations. Same reason the company put out the rates they did in Dec. To curb expectations. They knew those rates would never pass, but when ALPA sends you rates that are below industry standard they will sing to the heavens how far they've come since the first offer.

It's simple mind games. Don't fall for it!

I'm not, and completely agree with you.

I just question the motives of those on this thread doing the same. When I refer to union pilot I refer to all of us not just those in an elected position. Why would any pilot tell us to expect less is my question?
