That's really the question. If our goals aren't their goals...then we have a long road to reattack.

Hard NO

Never been so humiliated in my life. Time to flip those ALPA pins upside down.

You have the co by the gonads , so don’t pull your shorts down and bend over for the next 3 years .
The QOL giveaways will last until everyone here is retired.

That’s what’s crazy.

2 automatic no goes for me

RSV loss of day 1 10am show. HUGE give

Basic Lineholder loss of 125% untriggered reassignment pay and now moved from Step 5 up to Step 2! With the TA you can show for your trip and be reassigned for something completely different before they even try to find a reserve or offer it to SRM. You have to actually read the TA to see that as well. The summary simply states loss of the 125%. But now your seniority means squat as they can simply pulled you off your awarded trip and give you something else for free (oh wait if you lose a long layover you get 1 hr add pay lol)

So QOL for both reserve and Lineholders just got slapped in the face right off the bat.

The rest of the gives just add to the misery.

NO for this version… too many targeted improvements to TK pilots… need to concentrate the focus of improvements to the line pilot.

I’ll take the bird in the hand strictly based on the last 2 years economic condition of the company and the forward looking economic situation. Plus its only a 2 year deal so we restart negotiations hopefully right as the economy improves, Delta and American get some pay raises and the company has been profitable for a while.

Also getting something is a step and makes it easier to get our next step up, instead of trying to get it all in one shot in 3-4 years while having given up pay raises we would have had but turned down. 15% raises at the onset of an inflation for a company that has lost Billions in the last 2 years is something to think about.

I would like to vote no out of anger or spite, but it doesn’t gain us anything.
And it's just that kind of thinking that got us here and is keeping us here. You are basing you decision out of fear of the unknown and you are exactly what the MEC in hoping for. This is an insult to the profession and I suggest you take a hard look in the mirror and ask yourself are you willing to fight for something meaning ful or act like a rat happy for crumbs?

After this sh*t show you are seriously going to listen to ALPA financial advisors? Where did ALPA recruit these geniuses from The School of Stupid? I'm done listening to any BS ALPA spews. It should be obvious they are a political organization working for the benefit of management. After this we would all be smart to not view them.as a union. Time to move away from ALPA and go in house in my opinion.
