So are you part of the 3 out of 5 CAL guys who used to claim to have voted NO on Contract ‘02 after it passed with solid majority? Hope not. Hearing views on collective bargaining from that crowd got old FAST…

Sorry...haven't been following what's been going on with UA's TA activities since the AA company proposal dropped and the MEC hit the brakes on everything. Is the vote on the TA still going down this month or has that been put on hold indefinitely?

Vote is open and management loves how the pilots are acting like rats scrounging around for a few leftover crumbs. ALPA has FAILED this profession it's sickening and the vast majority of pilots don't even see it. APA is even more messed up and they managed 17% without doing anything.. That should tell you something. Our NC spent 4 years to get us a sub inflation deal while selling out our work rules. Not in bed with management?.Yeah right!

If this passes…is it typical that the 4 members who voted no get recalled as well?

REMINDER: Vote closes this week. Don't forget that if you vote no: you pass on a Tumi flight bag, deflationary wages, worse work rules to include reassignments, no sick leave improvement, no retirement improvement, no vacation improvement, uncommutable reserve rules and no training pay improvement.

It's a tough choice.

Default Fun unpublished FAQ to Lighten the mood

#69
Why not just combine all previous raises like the 5% and help make it look better?

Our crack team of Negotiators know “there is no preflight checklist for this FAQ” so we have been essentially winging it the whole time. We did discuss over steaks and overpriced wine that you all paid for, the prospect of selling this on a 350% raise. But we ran out of printer ink and couldn’t get to Kinkos fast enough to update the slides. So we stuck with 14.5%. Luckily our fearless leader thought we’d score points by simply rounding up in his email. We feel that was a step in the right direction.

If we as a pilot group pass this POS we will be forever remembered as the pilot group that set the profession back 20yrs. So FN tired of the MEC still trying to sell this. There is ZERO retirement improvement yet they chose to put an " idea" in the TA. Just CRIMINAL in my opinion..That entire landings debacle is a massive give to the company. No WB f/o should vote yes just on that one item alone.

Almost forgot NO me too , are you kidding me?

First, there is a 14.5% improvement to our retirement amount, so please stop saying there is zero improvement.

Stop being your own echo chamber MyTime. We don’t want more retirement. We want more $$$ and QOL that we can use now.
