Approx 60 days from interview to class. Class dates come about 2 weeks after CJO in the current environment. This is what I’ve seen from a couple friends now.

Two parts to this question - how soon you are awarded EWR and how soon you activate there. United has run 10 bids in the last 12 months. It's likely you could be awarded EWR within two months of hire. Activation is somewhat at company discretion after that but typically about 3 months.

Overall - base swap within 6 months of day 1 is a reasonable expectation.
