Does the 787 usually go junior in a new hire class?

Wow! You think that amount of 787 vacancies will continue? Or does it really vary that much week per week?

The thought occurred to me today that you could have those two junior pilots as the relief pilots together on a flight in 4 months, at age 23 with maybe 4000 hours between them. Is that a possibility?
