How is the commuting from PHX to LAX or SFO? Is there any talks of a similar long call 18hr long call like in Delta's new TA?

I can't speak to the commute, but they have said they are using the Delta TA as a blueprint, so take that for whatever you think it may or may not mean. We'll have to wait to see things like that once they reach another TA.

That 18 LC would be a game changer if they actually matched the policy. I don't know what other thing QOL wise United is lacking but that might a good step.

Global reserve and rolling days MUST go.

Premium $$$ for any conversion to SC or FSB.

If they don't remove the ability for unlimited short call conversions and early release from short call without pilot concurence then 18 hour long call will be worthless after your first day of reserve.

Lots of PHX to SFO WB commuters and not a ton of flights on UA metal. More flights overall to LAX and fewer senior UAL commuters... but more commuters from other airlines. If you received 737 out of Indoc you should consider LAS of all things, as it is shaping up to be junior to LAX and SFO. Plus, the commute is shorter/easier than SFO without very many commuters (but not as many flights to pick from). Have a look at a website like Flightstats to get a gander at how many flights per day to each location.
