Situation is too dynamic for an exact and reliable answer, but

1) less than a year, likely much less
2) not immediately

new hires were getting it after maybe two vacancies (which are basically every month), but no idea what it’s going to be like going forward. Expand once TPA comes online, I’m sure, but then who know after that?

all these “how long” questions are incredibly difficult to answer because stuff is changing so fast.

It may change even more if this contract vote passes or fails. If it passes, will there be more bidders for the NBCA spots that have gone unfilled? Will anything really change since a lot of the implementation doesn't happen until sometime next year? WIll things remain the same no matter what?

I don't know that anyone can really answer those kinds of questions.

Agree with you there, and I’d put pretty good odds on one of those two things happening.

Default Denver

How long will it take to get Denver as a base for a new hire? Planning on moving there. I'd rather do reserve there then commute

If you’re on the 737 or the 320, it’s very likely you’ll be able to have it awarded before you’re even finished with IOE. Then plan on three to six months from your award date for your transfer to be activated.
