I will preface this by I am waiting on a class. From my understanding - not really. While there is the possibility too drop/swap as others mentioned in thie thread - it comes no where close to what NK or F9 has. With NK's being better than F9's flexibility from what I know. Thats where both stand out with schedule flexibility.

In theory it's possible to drop reserve days. Depending on your fleet and base, it goes from not very likely to oh he!! no.
Once you start, there's a tab in CCS that says Pool Display. On that page it shows the number of people on reserve per day, the number of open trips for that day, and, more importantly, the minimum number of reserves for that day. The last item is what drives the ability to trade or drop reserve days. Usually, the minimum number of reserves for the day is close to, or higher than, the number of people on reserve for any given day. I don't know how that number is determined, and the people I've spoken to don't know either. It's just an easy way for them to deny every request.

Yeah that’s one thing I feel the culture is clear with United, it’s all about seniority. One day you’ll have seniority (ie, if you’re junior that sucks to be you)

The first time I heard I thought it was a joke.
The second time I heard it I thought the guy was just a jerk.
The third time I heard it, it made me sad because it’s clearly institutionalized that senior guys don’t care about making it better for the younger guys—I mean they had a hard start so we should too—right!? /s
